The purpose of this Program Instruction (PI) is to provide guidance on Federal requirements when implementing and reporting NYTD data collection with a SACWIS.

It provides guidance on the NYTD requirements a SACWIS must support and outlines funding considerations when enhancing a SACWIS to meet NYTD requirements.
