New Information Memorandum Regarding Continuous Quality Improvement
Published August 27, the new Information Memorandum (IM) on Establishing and Maintaining Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Systems in State Child Welfare Agencies is available here. This IM is intended to provide States with CB’s current view on a framework for a well-functioning State CQI system for child welfare that would also meet existing federal requirements for QA, periodic evaluation and delivery of quality services.
