				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Published August 27, the new Information Memorandum (IM) on Establishing and Maintaining Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Systems in State Child Welfare Agencies is available <a href="http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/cb/laws_policies/policy/im/2012/im1207.pdf">here</a>. This IM is intended to provide States with CB’s current view on a framework for a well-functioning State CQI system for child welfare that would also meet existing federal requirements for QA, periodic evaluation and delivery of quality services.</p>
