Mr. Chang has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry.
His experience comes from working in both small and large IT/Consulting firms managing, designing, developing, and analyzing many Web-based applications. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he has managed multiple projects that included implementing the full system development life cycle in the course of working closely with customers and outside vendors. Previously a software developer, analyst, and information architect, he has deep domain experience in a variety of technologies that he successfully leveraged to design and develop multiple relational databases for seamless integration with Web applications.
