Dr. Ruth Huebner has worked as a psychologist and also as a researcher in the field of Child Welfare for over 35 years.
She is the Child Welfare Researcher for the Kentucky Department for Community Based Services. Dr. Huebner specializes in applied outcomes research implemented in collaborative partnerships. She has implemented numerous surveys, program evaluations, and research on the predictors of child abuse and neglect and child welfare outcomes.
