Janet Ciarico joined the resource center in 2009.
She brings expertise from more than 15 years as a data analyst in child welfare, working in research and evaluation at the State and Federal levels, in the areas of foster care, subsidized-guardianship, child abuse and neglect, and juvenile justice. Janet enjoys outdoor sports as well as training and competing with her Flat-Coated Retrievers.
