Brought to you by the National Resource Center for Child Welfare Data and Technology (NRCCWDT) and the National Resource Center for Youth Development (NRCYD)

The NRC-CWDT and NRC-YD are joining forces to start a new Peer-to-Peer group that engages two representatives from a State – a data or IT manager and a program or ILP coordinator – in an interactive and hands-on group dealing with youth data, including your State’s NYTD data.

Now that your State has collected the initial NYTD survey data, are you linking that data to your administrative data to better understand the needs of youth and how best to target services?  Our goal is to facilitate a group that is eager to learn and share experiences about using data to improve services and outcomes for your youth.  To join, we ask that you be able to commit to a group call/webinar approximately every 6 weeks.

The role of the NRCs will be to facilitate the calls/webinars, offer guidance, set up the logistics and coordinate “expert” speakers, if requested.  Details about the specific direction and focus of the group will be decided by members of the group.

If this sounds like a group you want to join, please contact Debbie Milner, Director of the NRC-CWDT, at dmilner@cwla.org or 850-622-1567 or Clay Finck, Director of the NRC-YD at cfinck@ou.edu or 918-660-3700.
