The Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act of 2008 (PL 110-351) made important changes to help more children leave foster care to permanence quickly and safely, and also provided increased federal support to meet this goal. States and Tribes, operating Title IV-B and IV-E programs, are working on new ways to better serve youth under Fostering Connections. Uses of data and technology can help create efficient and effective policies and service response.
