The NRCOI provides T/TA on service array. Part of the service array process is the development of a Child and Family Snapshot incorporating available data about the children and families coming into the child welfare system.
NRC-CWDT has developed utilities which extract core data for these snapshots from NCANDS and AFCARS submissions. A description of the snapshot and the core data, as well as the utilities to produce the data, are located on the Service Array page.
